I have subscribed to this programme for some time and it usually works fine. However last week I checked in for my monthly maintenance and virus check. When my computer was rebooted to complete the session the agent was unable to reconnect. Since then I have been unable to connect to the helpdesk and the phone is only answered by a recorded message saying no agents are in the queue to answer calls. I am very disappointed with this service to a loyal customer.
Do not deal with the developers. Their promises do not hold true. When parts of our computer didn't work, they said it was a different issue and we had to pay again. When they signed us up, however, they promised that the whole computer would be working perfectly. Well, when it didn't, they reneged on their guarantee. No money back, of course.
