I have subscribed to this programme for some time and it usually works fine. However last week I checked in for my monthly maintenance and virus check. When my computer was rebooted to complete the session the agent was unable to reconnect. Since then I have been unable to connect to the helpdesk and the phone is only answered by a recorded message saying no agents are in the queue to answer calls. I am very disappointed with this service to a loyal customer.

This company is a scam. Their software captures your computer and blocks internet access until you agree to install their programs on your computer.
